Gas:
- If you can smell gas or need to report an incident where you think gas may have been involved, call the National Gas Emergency Help Line immediately on: 0800 111 999. If you are at home and can smell gas, please open all doors and windows and do not use any kind of electrical device including light switches.
Power:
- If you have experienced a power cut please dial 105 and this will put you through to your local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) It is the DNO’s responsibility to ensure that your premises is receiving power.
